Who to Contact
If your product is out of warranty and you want to use your Add Protection Plan, please file a claim directly with the protection plan provider.
They are the ones who will review your claim and provide repair, replacement, or refund options.
How to File Your Claim (Quick Steps)
- Check your email for the protection plan confirmation message
- Look for emails from Asurion, Allstate, or CPS Warranty

- Get your Amazon Order Number
- Go to Amazon → Your Orders
- Find your lock order and copy the Order ID

Why Sifely Cannot Process the Claim
The protection plan was purchased through Amazon’s third-party protection provider, so only that company can process and approve claims related to the protection plan.
