At Sifely, we’re always looking for ways to make using our smart locks easier for you. One recent improvement is that we’ve switched from using Batch Numbers to Serial Numbers (SN) for lock identification. This change helps you and our support team identify your lock model and manufacturing batch.
The Serial Number is a unique code assigned to every Sifely Smart Lock.
