How to manually update the battery of my Sifely Smart Locks?
The battery percentage shows low, even after I replaced it with a new battery.
Answer:
There are some cases where the battery of your Sifely Smart Lock will not automatically update even if you replace it with a new battery.
This article will update your Sifely Smart Lock Battery percentage using your Sifely Smart Lock App.
Step 1: Go to the lock "Settings".
Step 2: Scroll down and tap "Device info".
Step 3: Select "Battery".
Step 4: Tap "Update".
Note:
- For Bluetooth connection, please ensure that you are near the lock when updating your battery percentage. Or,
- If you have a Sifely gateway connected to your lock, you can update your lock battery percentage remotely.
