Why is the default code not working anymore? 

Answer

​The default passcode for Sifely Smart Locks varies by model and is only valid before the lock is paired with the Sifely Smart Lock app.

For the Sifely S, St, S Wi-Fi Smart Lock and Sifely X Smart Lock, the default code is 123456#. This code remains active only until the lock is paired to your Sifely Smart Lock App; once paired, the defaults are disabled.

For the Sifely E Smart Lock, the default code is 1234+(Lock symbol). This code remains active only until the lock is paired to your Sifely Smart Lock App; once paired, the defaults are disabled.
