What is Privacy mode feature in the Sifely Smart lock App?

For the latest version of Sifely S Smart lock Pro (Blue and White box), we have intruduce a new feature, which is “Privacy Mode”. 

The Privacy Mode feature on the Sifely S Smart lock is a security function that temporarily disables access through PIN codes, fingerprints, or other remote access methods while still allowing the owner/ Lock admin to access the lock using the App or Admin Passcode. This feature is particularly useful when you want to prevent others from unlocking the door without fully disabling the lock.

• On the App, when Privacy Mode is turned ON, it allows the Privacy lock switch button to function.

• When Privacy Mode is turned OFF, the Privacy lock switch button is disabled. However, the privacy switch can still be used to lock the lock from the inside manually.

To adjust the Privacy Mode settings on your Sifely Smart Lock App.

Step 1: Go to Lock Settings.

Step 2: Select and tap “Privacy Mode”.

Step 3: Tap the option to Turn ON or Turn OFF Privacy Mode based on your preference.
