Why is my thumbprint no longer being recognized by my Sifely-X Smart Lock?

Troubleshooting Recommendations
- Delete the current Fingerprint from the app and then go to the “add fingerprint” menu to add it again.
- Take out the 4 AA batteries for a minute and then place them back in again.
- Factory Reset the lock. How to reset the Sifely X Smart Lock
If none of the above recommendations work, we can move forward to replace or refund the Lock
