How do I reset the Sifely-X Smart Lock to factory settings?

Answer:

Follow these steps to reset your Sifely X Smart Lock. This will delete all data and settings on the lock. 

Note: If this lock was previously paired to your account, please delete the lock from your Sifely Smart Lock app first. 

How to perform a factory reset:

1. Open the battery box on the back panel.
2. Find two holes below the batteries.
3. Find the reset button above the batteries and hold it for a few seconds. 
   
   
   You will hear a voice prompt that says, "Please enter the initialization passcode." Release the reset button. 
4. Input “000#" as the admin code on the keypad. You will hear the voice prompt "Deleting Administrator Successful." If "000#" does not work, please try "0000#". 
5. Re-pair the lock with the app.

How to delete a lock from your account: 

1.  Go to the lock page in the app. Be near the lock.
2.  Tap on Settings.
3. .Tap on Delete. It will be in red.
4.  Enter your account password.
5.  The lock will give a voice prompt when deleting the lock is successful.
