My gateway went offline. Why is my gateway offline?

- Unstable wifi connection.
- Check if other devices connected to same wifi network are still working.
- Power outage in area.
- Gateway unplugged.
Here are the recommended troubleshooting steps:
- Disconnect Sifely Gateway from power outlet.
- Wait 5 minutes.
- Check online/offline status within app. Check which color light the gateway is blinking?
