The Sifely Gateway has been successfully connected to the internet (indicated by a blue blinking light) and does not connect to any nearby locks.
Answer
Check the following:
- Ensure that the gateway is near the locks. We recommend 10 feet for a strong and reliable connection.
- Ensure that you are the owner/super admin of the lock. An owner is the first person to pair the lock to their phone after installing the lock on the door. If you are an authorized admin for a lock, a gateway on your account will not connect to that lock.
After these steps have been checked, take out the batteries from the lock for 1 minute and them place them back in again. Wait about 15 minutes to see if the gateway now connects to the lock(s).
