Scenario 1
There are several factors that can cause this:
1. Wifi network is unstable.
2. Power outage affecting the gateway.
3. Gateway was unplugged.
4, Change in wifi settings.
Here are some troubleshooting steps.
1. Check the signal strength of the gateway. (Look below on how to find the signal strength from a gateway to a lock within the app).


2. If possible, unplug the gateway from the power source and plug it back in again. If the gateway starting blinking blue, check the signal strength
3. Wait a while and restart your router.
Scenario 2
There are several factors that can cause this:
1. Wifi network is unstable.
2. Signal strength between lock and gateway is week.
3. Signal strength between gateway and moderm/router is weak.
Here are some troubleshooting steps.
1. Check the signal strength of the gateway. (Look below on how to find the signal strength from a gateway to a lock within the app).

2. If weak, unplug the gateway from the power source and plug it back in again. Move Sifely Gateway the closer to lock.
3. Wait a while and restart your router.

I have bought a gateway link it to my lock everything worked great after a week or 2 it quit working i unplugged it plugged it back up no light come on or anything I've try reconnecting it left it unplugged for 10 to 30 sec and up to 2 mins to a day and didn't change then i got another one just differnt manufacturer something happened what is wrong with it wat am i doing or not doing
