How to Cancel Your Sifely Autobooking Code Subscription?
Answer:
If you no longer wish to use the Sifely Autobooking Code (ABC) system, you can easily cancel your subscription either from the web portal or from the app, depending on where you originally subscribed. Follow the steps below:
Cancelling via the Sifely App
- Open the Sifely App and navigate to the Autobooking Code Settings.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Tap the Kebab Menu (three dots) next to your subscription.
- Choose Cancel Subscription.
Cancelling via the Web Portal
- Go to the Sifely web portal: https://manager.sifely.com/
- Log in with your Sifely account credentials.
- Upon logging in, select Advance Services from the left-hand side of your screen.
- Select Autobooking code.
- Select Subscription
- Under your subscription settings, find the device or service you wish to cancel.
- Click on Cancel Subscription next to the corresponding entry.
Once completed, your subscription will be canceled, and you will no longer be charged moving forward.
