What is the Sifely AutoBooking Code?
The AutoBooking Code feature automatically generates a unique passcode for each guest reservation directly from your Property Management System (PMS). This process saves you time and ensures seamless guest check-in. When a reservation is made, a passcode is created for the duration of the guest’s stay (often set for convenience, like the last 4 digits of the guest’s phone number), and the guest can use it to unlock the Sifely lock(s) during their scheduled period.
Requirements for Using Sifely AutoBooking Codes:
- Sifely Account: You must have a registered Sifely user account.
- Sifely Locks + Gateway: Your Sifely smart locks need to be connected to a Sifely Gateway, which enables remote management and real-time updates.
- Web Portal or Sifely App ABC Subscription: Activate the AutoBooking feature by subscribing through the Sifely web portal.
- Supported PMS: The system must be integrated with a compatible property management service (see Sifely support for a list of supported PMS).
- Stable Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz): The Sifely Gateway requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and should be installed within 10–15 feet of the smart lock for optimal connection.
