Steps to Transfer from Web Portal (Jervis) to App Version (Sifely) – Ideal for Customers Using Airbnb Only:
1. Cancel the subscriptions on the web portal.
2. Remove the Hospitable Sharing Access on Airbnb (see screenshots below).
3. Re-subscribe to the Auto BookingCode feature on the Sifely app.
- For the Auto BookingCode Mobile Version, there are some key points:
- Only support Airbnb.
- We integrated with Hospitable to support Airbnb, so we can easily track the issues.
- The subcriptions are based on the “Listing“, not “Devices“, which is different from the Web Version.
- This mobile version and the web version are two separate ones. (We mostly might change the web version to the current mobile version)
How to enable “Auto BookingCode“ feature on our new app.
1. Two entrances
- “Add Auto BookingCode“ button on the passcode list page. If you cannot see this button, please try to log out and log in again.
- “Auto BookingCode“ card under the “settings > services“ section.
2. Connect to Airbnb.
For this step, it’s totally controlled by Hospitable and Airbnb so we cannot provide a demo account.
- After successfully imported your listings from Airbnb, you can select the listings to upgrade.
- 30-day Free Trial for every listing, then $4.99 per month per listing. Cancel anytime.
- You will receive an email when the subscription is active, and can add payment card by clicking the button in that email.
4. Connect the listings with the locks, so we can automatically generate passcodes whenever an Airbnb reservation is received.
- When you only have one listing and one device.
- When you have several listings and devices.
5. Complete some basic settings.
The passcode generation rule. (It can also be changed on the “Auto BookingCode > Settings“ section).
6. The guest notification settings. (It can also be changed on the “Auto BookingCode > Notifications“ section).
