Unlock notifications provide real-time alerts when your Sifely lock is accessed, helping you monitor activity for added security. Follow these steps to enable this via Monitor and Alert feature in the Sifely Smart Lock App.
Important note:
- To receive an unlock notification, make sure that your lock is connected to a Wi-Fi network via the Sifely gateway.

Ensure your smartphone's notification settings allow alerts from the Sifely Smart Lock App.
Step 1: Open the “Sifely Smart Lock App”
Step 2: Navigate to the Home Page and for the lock you want to enable notifications.
Step 3: Tap on “Settings icon” and look for “Monitor and Alert”
Step 4: Tap on “Add an Alert”
Step 5: Under Create an Alert, tap on “Select an event”, then tap on “Guest Access Activity”. Tap on “Continue”
Note: When choosing Notify me when “Anyone unlocks”, you can also choose to receive an alert notification to “A specific user unlocks”.
Step 6: Enable “When anyone unlocks” and when it occurs “anytime”. Tap on “Continue”
Step 7: Once successful, the new created alert should appear.
