Sharing feedback through the app helps our developers easily track unexpected behavior in the App, especially for bugs and glitches in our system, and ensure that they will receive correct information to address the issue.
Follow these simple steps to report any concerns or issues:
Step 1: Open the Sifely Smart Lock App on your mobile device.
Step 2: Tap the three horizontal lines on the top left of the Sifely App Screen
Step 3: Select “Help Center”
Step 4: Select “Feedback”
Step 5: Input the “Subject”
Step 6: Input the issue details, including what you have done, observed, and produced.
Step 7: Add an Image or Video related to the issue
Step 8: Click “Submit”
