How do I upgrade from the Sifely Original App to the New Sifely App?

Answer

Note: If you already have the Sifely (Original) App, you can log on with your current account. 

Follow the steps below: 

1. Go to the Apple or Google Play stores to download and install the Sifely App.
2. Open the Sifely App and log in with the same username and password used on the Sifely (Original) App.  (Please select the Phone or Email option at the top based on the option you used before).                                                                                                                                     
3. Once logged in, the Locks, Gateway, Settings, and all the saved passcodes should appear as they did in the original App. If an error occurs, please reach out to us at cs@sifely.com
