Sifely smart locks offer an efficient way to manage access to your home or office. However, there may be situations where you need to remove a lock from the Sifely Smart Lock app—whether you're upgrading to a new device or troubleshooting an issue. This guide will walk you through the process step by step.
Note:
- Deleting a lock on your app will remove all the data from the deleted lock from your account, and you will no longer be able to access it with the app.
- To successfully perform the lock delete feature from the Sifely App, it is recommended that the admin/ lock owner is within Bluetooth range.
There are two ways on how to delete a lock from the app.
Step 1: On the individual lock page, tap on the “Settings icon” at the top right of the screen.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap on the red “Delete” at the bottom of your screen.
Step 3: Enter your account Password.
After successfully entering the password, you will hear the lock voice say, “Deleting the lock, successful!”
Another way to remove a lock is by using a press-and-hold method.
Step 1: On the lock home screen, press and hold the lock you want to delete.
Step 2: Enter the requested Account Password.
After successfully entering the password, you will hear the lock voice say, “Deleting the lock, successful!”
