How do I transfer my locks to another Sifely Smart Lock App account?
Answer:
Using this function will transfer one lock or multiple locks to another Sifely Smart Lock account. All passcodes, fobs, fingerprints, and other entry methods will be preserved.
Follow these steps to transfer a lock from one account to another.
Note: To avoid any inconveniences or any lock transfer issue, we suggest the recipient should download the Sifely Smart Lock App first and register an account before transferring the locks to their account to avoid any transfer issues.
Step 1: On the app, click the “Three Horizontal lines” and tap on the account “Settings”.
Step 2. Tap on "transfer lock(s)"
Step 3. Select which lock(s) to transfer in the menu and tap on "Next."
Step 4. In the recipient account field, type in the phone number or email address that the recipient used to create their Sifely Smart Lock app account. If they use their phone number, it will need to be entered “+1XXXXXXXXXX” with their phone number in place of X.
Important note:
- If you are an old Sifely Original) User, it is not possible to transfer locks from the old app to the New Sifely Smart lock App (Green).
- Both Admin and recipient should be using the same App to transfer locks.
