How do I register an account on the Sifely Smart Lock App?

Answer: 

Your Sifely App account is the key to access all the features and settings of your Sifely smart lock products from anywhere in the world. Let’s walk you through how to sign up for a new account.

Step 1: Download and install the Sifely Smart Lock App on your smartphone.

Step 2: Tap on “Register”

Step 3: Choose whether email or phone number to be associated with your account.

For Phone number users, you need to choose your country code.

Important note: Passwords must contain 8-20 characters and include a  minimum of two types of numbers, letters and symbols as follows below to ensure your account protection.

• An uppercase and lowercase letter (ABCabc)
• A number (123)
• A special character (!@#$%^&*()_-=+|[{]}/?.>,;’:)

Step 4: Verify email or phone number.

1. Tap “Get code” to receive a verification code sent via email or SMS depending on the username (Email address or Phone number) you use to create the account and enter the code to the “Verification code” portion.

Step 5: Complete the registration.

1. Check the box if you already review the Sifely “Data Privacy and Security Policy" and if you would like to stay updated on new offers, services, and products. Then Tap “Register” to complete the process. 

After you create your account, you can also login to our Sifely webportal. Go to this site to log in https://manager.sifely.com/
