How do I register an account on the Sifely Smart Lock App?

Answer: 

Your Sifely App account is the key to access all the features and settings of your Sifely smart lock products from anywhere in the world. Let’s walk you through how to sign up for a new account.

Step 1: Download and install the Sifely Smart Lock App on your smartphone.

Step 2: Tap on “Create an Account”

Step 3: Enter your First Name and Last Name, and check ‘I’ve read and agree to the Data Privacy and Security Policy.

Step 4: Enter a valid email address to create your account and click continue.

Step 5: Enter the verification code sent to your Mail inbox.

Note: If you didn't received the verification code on your mail inbox, Please check your spam folder for a verification code from Sifely.

Step 6: For additional security on your account, we recommend adding your phone number; however, you can skip this step if you prefer.

Step 7: Enter your prefer account Password.

Important note: Passwords must contain 8-20 characters and include a  minimum of two types of numbers, letters and symbols as follows below to ensure your account protection.

• An uppercase and lowercase letter (ABCabc)
• A number (123)
• A special character (!@#$%^&*()_-=+|[{]}/?.>,;’:)

Step 8: We recommend you enable Biometrics Authentication login. Faster and easier to login to your Sifely account, however, you can skip this step if you prefer.

Step 9: Lastly, We'd love to hear how you use Sifely! Understanding your usage helps us improve our products to better meet your need, please choose and once done click “Continue”

After you create your account, you can also login to our Sifely webportal. Go to this site to log in https://manager.sifely.com/
