How to view the passcode sharing records?

Question: 

Viewing passcode sharing records.

Answer:

On the Records page, you will see the list of Passcode records you shared via SMS or Email.

• The date when the share passcode was sent
• Recipient phone number or Email address.
• Lock name
• Passcode

Follow the steps below:

Step 1: On the App page, go to account Settings by clicking the three horizontal lines at the top left of your screen.

Step 2: Tap on “Services” and then choose “Share Passcode”.

Step 3: Select “Records” to view the Record page.

Note: Super Admin (Lock owner) and Authorized admin cannot view each other passcode sharing records because the sharing records are only linked to the account, not on the devices.
