How do I add or pair a lock to my Sifely Smart Lock App?
Answer:
After downloading and installing the Sifely Smart Lock App on your smartphone and registering your account, this article will help you to add/ pair more locks to your Sifely Account to take full advantage of its smart features.
Follow this step-by-step guide to complete the setup.
Step 1: Add a new lock
- Tap the “Plus sign” on your screen or tap the 3 lines above screen and select “Set up a device”.
Step 2: Choose the lock series.
- Tap and select the right lock model you have.
Step 3: On the next page, you will be asked if “Has your lock been installed?”. If yes, tap the “Yes. My lock is installed” and follow further instructions to check if your lock is installed correctly.
Note: We highly recommend to perform the checklist to ensure the lock is installed correctly.

Step 4: Search for nearby locks.
- Please put your palm on the lock keypad to activate. If the light turns ON, you will hear the lock say, "Please add a Bluetooth administrator." This means that the lock is in pairing mode; press Next.
Step 5: If the lock appears on your screen, click the plus sign and wait until the lock says “Added administrator successfully.”
Step 6: Assign a name to your lock. (You can use the lock name suggestion).
Step 7: Create Admin Passcode. (Create your Admin passcode consisting of 4-9 digits).

Step 8: Test the Admin passcode.
Once you see “Setup Completed” you are all set and Tap “Done”.
