How do I add or pair a lock to my Sifely Smart Lock App?
Answer:
After downloading and installing the Sifely Smart Lock App on your smartphone and registering your account, this article will help you how to add/ pair more locks to your Sifely Account.
Here are the steps for adding a Smart Lock to the Sifely App:
Step 1: Tap the “Add lock” button on your Sifely Smart Lock App screen.
Step 2: Choose the lock series you have. (Please choose the correct lock type).
Step 3: On the next page, you will be asked if “Has your lock been installed?”. If yes, tap the “Yes. My lock is installed” and follow further instructions to check if your lock is installed correctly.

Step 4: Please put your palm on the keypad to activate the lock. If the light turns ON, you will hear the lock say, "Please add a Bluetooth administrator." This means that the lock is in pairing mode; press Next.
Step 5: If the lock appears on your screen, click the plus sign and wait until the lock says “Added administrator successfully.”
Step Six: Assign a name on your lock. (You can use the lock name suggestion).
Step 7: Creating a Passcode. (You create your Admin passcode consisting of 4-9 digits).
Step 8: Testing the Admin passcode.
Now, you will see Setup Completed.
