Some users may experience display issues when selecting the Date and Time in the new Sifely App. These issues are caused by phone display settings configuration.
Our development team has identified the problem. However, because these are system-level compatibility concerns, implementing a permanent fix will take time.
In the meantime, we recommend using these workarounds below to immediately resolve the issues.
1. Date Option Is Grayed Out or Cannot Be Selected
- Disable Dark theme mode
- Go to Phone settings > Display > Dark mode Settings > Disable
2. Calendar Numbers Are Clipped or Cut Off
- Disable Bold font or text
- Go to phone settings > Display > Font Size and Style > Disable
- Reduce the Font Size
- Go to phone settings > Display > Font Size and Style > Set the font size to the second lowest option
While these workarounds provide immediate relief, our development team is actively working on a long term solution in a future App release. Due to the complexity of system-level compatibility issues, additional development and testing time is required before the solution can be fully implemented. So we do not have a specific timeline to share.
