Here are the recommended troubleshooting steps.
- Verify if the correct username is being used. It will be the email address or phone number originally used to register the account.
If the username has been verified and you are still not receiving verification codes to login on a different device, send us a message at cs@sifely.com

If your account was bound to another email address or phone number, the original username will need to be used in order to use the new password.
Here are the recommended troubleshooting steps.
- Verify if the correct username is being used. It will be the email address or phone number originally Used to register the account. Phone numbers will need to be entered with the international code in front of it. (Example: +1 for US numbers)

Your username will be either the email address or phone number used to register for an account. If it is a phone number, it will need to be entered in this format(+1XXXXXXXXXX). For example if your number is 555-555-5555, enter it as +15555555555.

If you are registering for a new account and are not receiving verification messages to your email address or phone number, it is recommended that another email address ending with @gmail.com or @yahoo.com be used to create an account.
