What if I forgot my password?
Answer:
There are 2 ways that this can be done.
If you are still logged into the app and know your password, tap here.
If you are still logged into the app and do not know your password, tap here.
If you are logged into the Sifely Smart App, follow these steps.
If you are not logged in, tap here
1. Tap on this icon to access your account settings.
2. Tap on "Reset Password".
3. Enter your current password along with your new password.
4. If entered correctly, you will see this message.
If you are not logged into the Sifely Smart Lock app, follow these steps.
1. Tap on "Forgot Password."
2. Fill out this form and receive a verification code. Note: If you used a phone number, you would need to add +1 in front of it. Example. +1555555555555
