There are three Permission Levels that define the actions each user type can perform.
Super admin (Lock owner)
Super admin is the account that first added/ paired the Sifely Smart lock to their Sifely App account. Each lock can only be ONE super admin. (Note: Once the lock is added/ paired, it cannot be added to another Sifely App account.)
The Super admin has complete control over all features and lock settings for the lock.

Important Note:
- Only the Super admin (Lock owner) can pair the lock to Sifely Gateway.
Authorized Admin
Authorized admin is a shared access/ created by the Super admin (Lock owner). Here are some examples of Authorized admin can do.
- Unlock/ lock via the app.
- An authorized admin can set his own monitor and alert notifications and receive pop notifications.
- Generate, Edit, Delete passcodes, IC cards, & fingerprints depending on the lock model.
- Adjust settings like passage mode, auto-lock timer, & turn on/off the lock sound.
- If a gateway is set up near the lock, the admin can also remotely unlock/lock if the "allow remote unlock" is turned on.
Except:
- Authorized Admins cannot set up a gateway to work with the lock.

Normal Ekey user
An Ekey user is a shared admin access created by either Super admin (Lock owner) or Authorized admin users.
The Normal ekey user can only access the lock via lock/unlock using the App.
- If a gateway is set up near the lock, the admin can also remotely unlock/lock if the "allow remote unlock" is turned on.

Limitation when sharing admin access on existing both App.
- Old Sifely (Original) App users cannot share an authorized admin or ekey to new Sifely Smart Lock App users.
- It recommended to use and login using the New Sifely Smart lock App when sharing access to your lock recipient.
