First, we will answer the question, "What is the Privacy mode switch?"

The Privacy Button is a toggle button on the battery panel side of the Sifely-S Pro Smart Lock ( Blue Box Version). When used, this button disables/enables electronic entry methods on the keypad side of the lock  (Think of it like a "Do not disturb" sign). 

Secondly, we will answer the question, "How do I enable or disable the privacy mode switch?" 

Please note: To enable or disable the privacy mode switch, use the Sifely Smart Lock App. The owner must be within Bluetooth range or have a properly functioning gateway near the lock.

• When the Privacy Mode is turned ON, you can use the privacy lock button to switch between the lock icon (red) and the unlocked icon (green).
• When the Privacy Mode is turned OFF, the privacy lock button will be disabled, regardless of whether you try to switch it to the locked or unlocked position.
