How do I  remove a lock from a group?

Answer

Here's the guide on how to remove a lock from a group.

1. Click the name of the lock that you want to ungroup.
2. Click Settings
3. Click Basics
4. Click Lock Group
5. Please click the name of the group that has a check icon.
6. Once you see the message with “operation successful,” the lock has been removed from the lock group.

Note: If the check icon disappears, it means the lock is already removed from the group.
