Why the fingerprint icon is not showing up in the App?

Answer 

Note: If you have a Sifely E Smart Lock, there will not be a fingerprint icon in the menu associated with it. 

If you have any of the other lock models (that have fingerprint sensors) and the Fingerprints icon is still not available, please see the following article: Fingerprint icon does not appear in Sifely App
