Why is my Sifely-E Smart Lock (Deadbolt) only working when the key is inserted?
Answer:
Your physical key works, so the problem is not an installation issue. There is an electronic issue causing this problem. We recommend that fresh batteries are inserted, and the connecting wire is disconnected and reconnected.
If it is still electrically dead, contact us at cs@sifely.com. We'll go ahead and return and replace (or refund) the lock.
