Why is my Sifely-E Smart Lock repeatedly beeping?

Question:

Why is my lock beeping multiple times when I lock and unlock it? The lock is beeping multiple times and the lock symbol on the keypad is blinking red.

The multiple beeps mean that the Sifely E Lock motor is having trouble extending and retracting the deadbolt. This may be due to an alignment issue with the deadbolt. 

To resolve this, it is recommended that the lock be reinstalled.
