How to access the Acuity Scheduling system?
Answer:
- Go to the App and select the “Three horizontal lines” from the top left of your screen.
- Select Auto Bookingcode
- Under Management, you can configure your scheduling and client reference.
- Under Appointments Section, you will be able to check your upcoming, completed, and canceled appointments as well as their Appointment details.
- Under Appointment types, you will be able to check your current Appointment types. Also, you can view, add, and remove connected locks on each appointment type.
- Under the Subscriptions Section, you will be able to see your Active, trial, or canceled subscription.
- Under Notifications section, you will be able to configure how your guest receives updates and alerts for their access code.
- Under Settings section, you will be able to set up your passcode sent to your guest if it’s their last 4-digit phone number code will be sent or a random code.
- Note: Generating last 4-digit phone number code requires the lock to be connected via Gateway or if your lock has a built-in Wi-Fi.
