How to setup the Acuity Scheduling?
Answer:
Acuity Scheduling helps streamline bookings and integrates with Sifely’s Auto BookingCode system. This guide walks you through the setup process using the visual workflow.
- Go to the App and select the “Three horizontal lines” from the top left of your screen.
- Select Services and choose Auto Bookingcode
- Click the Start 14-day Free Trial button after reading the descriptions.
- Choose Acuity Scheduling(Premium)
- Link your Acuity Scheduling account to start the setup process.
- After successfully connecting and importing your account, click the Select the Device button to connect your Sifely locks.
- Note: You must be the Super Admin/Main admin of the lock(s) for them to appear on the list.
- Confirm subscription by setting up your Billing information.
- After setting up your billing information and confirming your subscription. Next is connecting your Appointment to your Sifely lock.
- After clicking the Continue Button, you will be guided to the Passcode settings to setup your passcode sent to your guest if it’s their last 4-digit phone number code will be sent or a random code.
- Note: Generating last 4-digit phone number code requires the lock to be connected via Gateway or if your lock has a built-in Wi-Fi.
- That’s it. You can now manage your Acuity Scheduling by accessing the Management section.
Important note:
- You must be the main admin/Super admin of the locks in order to successfully setup the Acuity Scheduling.
- You must be the main host of your Acuity Scheduling system to avoid failure during setup.
- Required/Option to have the Sifely Gateway connected nearby the locks, or your locks have a built-in Wi-Fi to enable the 4-digit phone number code option.
