What is Sifely's product warranty?

Product Warranty
Sifely has a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase on all Sifely products purchased from Sifely or one of its authorized resellers or distributors. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product, and they must have made the purchase. Sifely Products are warrantied to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year. If the unit fails to conform to this warranty, Sifely will provide either components or a replacement to address the issue. If the product or component is no longer in production, Sifely will replace the product with a product of equal value or lesser.
Exclusion of Key Replacement for Locks
Sifely shall not be responsible for replacing or providing unique keys for any locks installed on the Product. The Customer acknowledges that the safekeeping of unique keys is solely their responsibility. In the event of lost or misplaced unique keys, Sifely will not provide replacements, nor shall Sifely be liable for any associated costs or consequences arising from the inability to access or secure the Product due to the loss of such keys.
Sifely will not honor exchanges or refunds for products purchased from non-authorized dealers. This includes:
- Pawn shops
- Personal or peer-to-peer sales
- Liquidation stores
- eBay sales from unauthorized retailers*
*As eBay is a marketplace where businesses and individuals sell and re-sell new and used items, we will only honor the warranty for products purchased from eBay if the seller is a major chain store such as Best Buy, Target, or Walmart.
Warranty requirements:
- The product needs to have been purchased and used within the U.S.
- The exchange must be requested within 1 year of the original purchase date, not when the product was set up/installed.
- Customers must contact Sifely's Customer Service Team for a replacement.
- The original order number or proof of purchase is required.
Exclusions
Sifely's warranty will be voided if:
1 . Misuse, abuse, modification, accidental damage, or use for abnormal consumer purposes authorized by Sifely's current product information.
