What is the return policy on Sifely's products? How do I return a product?

Return Policy

If you are the original purchaser of the product from Sifely.com or any other authorized re-seller and are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it in its original condition within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date and receive a full refund. 

How to initiate the return: 

• Contact Sifely Customer service (cs@sifely.com) 
• Provide order number or other proof of purchase from Sifely.com or other authorized resellers. This can also include Amazon, Walmart, or Ebay (Only authorized resellers on ebay) 
• Product(s) must be returned in original condition with all components included. 
• Refund will be reemitted after the product has been delivered.
