How can I control my Sifely Lock with voice commands to my Google Home/ Assistant?

Answer

Ensure that you have a Sifely Gateway set up with your lock first and then follow this guide. 

Not working? 

Please ensure the following:

• The Sifely Locks are connected to a Sifely Gateway. 
  • Here is a guide on how to check this connection. Sifely Gateway to Sifely Lock Checklist
• Remote unlock is turned on. 
• Test if the "remote unlock" works with the lock. 
• In the settings,

We recommend going to "Works with Google" and tapping on "ScienerSmart", then "Check for new devices".
