Copying settings from one Sifely Lock to another Sifely Lock.

Question

How can you transfer passcodes and fobs from one Sifely Lock to another Sifely Lock? 

Answer

Most passcodes, fobs, and ekeys can be transferred from one existing lock on your account to another nearby lock. Fingerprints cannot be transferred.

Follow these instructions: 

1. Be near the lock that will have have the new codes, fobs, and ekeys. Go to the lock settings page of this lock within the app.

2.  Tap on "Import from another lock".

3.  Select which lock to import information from and then tap on "OK".

Running into issues? 

If a code was transferred successfully from Lock A to Lock B according to the app, but the code does not work on Lock B, follow this step.
