Question:
Why Existing Reservations Are Not Showing on ABC After Subscription?
Answer:
If you've recently subscribed to the Sifely Autobooking Code (ABC) system and notice that your existing reservations are not appearing, this is expected behavior. Here's why:
Important: The Autobooking Code system only displays reservations that are created after your subscription begins.
If the reservation was made or created before subscribing to Sifely Autobooking code system, the reservations will not show, and only the future reservations and those reservations created after subscribing for ABC system will show.
What This Means for You
- Pre-subscription reservations: Any bookings made before you subscribed to ABC will not appear in the system.
- Post-subscription reservations: All new reservations created after subscribing will automatically show up in the ABC system.
- Future bookings: Even if a reservation is for a future date, it will only appear if it was created after your subscription started.
This ensures that the system only manages and generates access codes for reservations that are part of your active ABC subscription period. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, feel free to contact Sifely Support.
