Follow these steps to reset your Sifely S Smart Lock. This will delete all data and settings on the lock, allowing you to pair the lock again.
There are 2 ways on how to reset your Sifely S WiFi Lock.
1. Reset the lock using the delete option in the Sifely App while logged in. (This can only be done near the lock or within Bluetooth range.)
Step 1: Go to the lock page in the app. Tap on the settings (gear/cog) icon.
Step 2: Tap on the red delete button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Enter your account password. Then tao OK. The lock will give a voice prompt: “Deleting administrator successfully” when successfully deleted.
Step 4: Confirm lock deletion.
Step 5: The lock has been successfully deleted.
2. Factory reset using the reset button.
- Open the battery box on the back panel.
- Find two holes below the batteries.
- Find the reset button.
- Press and hold on it until you hear the lock say "Please enter the initialization passcode."
- Release the reset button, then quickly on the keypad, input 000#. The lock will say "Deleting Administrator Successful." If "000#" does not work, please try "0000#".
- Now you can pair the lock with the app.
Note:
- If you performed a factory reset and still have the lock showing on your app,try to close the App and open again.
