How to manually lock the Sifely S WiFi Lock from both Side?

Question:

How do I manually lock the lock from the inside or outside handle?

Answer:

For the Outside handle, you can use the  “#” Key symbol to manually lock the lock.  Just press and hold the “#” key symbol for 3 seconds until you hear the lock say "Locked."

For the Inside handle, we have added additional functions for the Privacy Switch button. Aside from disabling passcode, fingerprint, and fobs from unlocking the lock. Switching the Privacy button to lock position (Red color) functions both secure lock and manual lock from inside the handle.

Notes:

• When passage mode is on and active, the “#” key should always allow the door to be locked by physically pressing down the "#" key on the lock’s keypad and holding it for 3 seconds. Again, when this action is performed correctly, the lock should say, “Locked.”
• When autolock is off, the “#” key should always allow the door to be locked by physically pressing down the "#" key on the lock’s keypad and holding it for 3 seconds. Again, when this action is performed correctly, the lock should say, “Locked.”
•  Disabling Privacy mode will not affect the manual lock function from the inside handle.
