How do I factory reset the Sifely-O Deadbolt?

Answer: 

Follow these steps to factory reset your Sifely-O Deadbolt. (Note: Performing a physical reset will delete all data and settings on the lock. )

Step 1: Open the battery box on the back panel.

Step 2: Remove one battery for 5 seconds and place it back again.

Step 3: Press and hold the multi-function button (Privacy lock button) until you hear the lock say, "Please enter the initialization code." 

Step 4: Release the reset button and enter the code “000#" on the lock's keypad. 

Once you hear the lock say, "Deleting Administrator Successful,” the lock will be factory reset and in pairing mode.

Alternatively, you can remove the lock from the Sifely App, which will also factory reset the Sifely-O Deadbolt.
