To ensure stable and reliable service for all users, we’ve implemented API usage limits following a recent server inspection. We identified unusually high request volumes from certain IPs, which caused abnormal server load. As a result, temporary access restrictions were applied to those high-frequency IPs. These have now been lifted.
What You Need to Know
To prevent future disruptions, customers must manage their API request frequency within the defined limits:
- 30 requests per minute
- 1,000 requests per hour
- 20,000 requests per day
- 500,000 requests per month
Important Notes
- Limits are automatically reset at the end of each time window (per minute, hour, day, and month).
- Exceeding these limits may result in temporary access restrictions.
- A system enhancement to automatically enforce rate limiting will be implemented soon.
Best Practice
Simply reduce and optimize your API call frequency to stay within the allowed thresholds and avoid service interruptions.
