API Usage & Rate Limit Guidelines.

To ensure stable and reliable service for all users, we’ve implemented API usage limits following a recent server inspection. We identified unusually high request volumes from certain IPs, which caused abnormal server load. As a result, temporary access restrictions were applied to those high-frequency IPs. These have now been lifted.

What You Need to Know

To prevent future disruptions, customers must manage their API request frequency within the defined limits:

• 30 requests per minute
• 1,000 requests per hour
• 20,000 requests per day
• 500,000 requests per month

Important Notes

• Limits are automatically reset at the end of each time window (per minute, hour, day, and month).
• Exceeding these limits may result in temporary access restrictions.
• A system enhancement to automatically enforce rate limiting will be implemented soon.

Simply reduce and optimize your API call frequency to stay within the allowed thresholds and avoid service interruptions.
