Deadbolt not working. Only worked one time in morning. Come afternoon, code and phone application stopped working. Would beep three times

Sifely won’t come on. I changed my batteries this morning and it worked fine. Came home and it will not come on at all. Won’t reset or pair . The numbers blinked once
