Question

Why can't I use my passcode, fingerprints, or fobs to open my lock anymore? I entered a code incorrectly, and I hear the alarm.

I hear a voice command, "System is locked." What does "unauthorized operation, the system is locked" mean?

This may be to due a security feature where there were too many incorrect entry attempts and as a result the lock is in a "Lock out" mode. 

To use the lock as normal, you can either:

• Wait 5 minutes or,
• Use your app to unlock it once.
