How do I delete all passcodes on a lock with an "Erase passcode?" 

Answer 

One way to delete all passcodes on a lock is to generate and key in an "Erase passcode." this will require being next to a lock.

Follow these steps:

1. Open up the “Passcodes” menu 

2. Hit “Generate passcode.”

3. For Passcode type, Select the “Erase” option (scroll all the way to the right; past the “Recurring” option)

4. Give it a name, and hit complete

5. On the lock keypad, punch in the 8-digit  passcode followed by the # symbol.

6. If entered correctly, the lock will say “operation successful.”
