Why isn’t this Gun Safe pairing?
Answer:
The Sifely-Y Gun safe may need to be reset to the factory setting. Or the previous user may need to re-enable the reset option on his or her Sifely app.
Solution: What voice message is the lock saying? If it says, “Please add a Bluetooth administrator,” try inputting the default passcode. (123456 + #) If that fails, then it may already be paired to another admin. You will need to follow this article How to reset the Sifely Gun Safe?
*If this was originally paired with another admin, the reset option may be turned off. You may need to ask the original admin to turn on the reset option on his or her app.
