My lock says "Battery Level Low," but I have put in new batteries. Why is my lock saying the battery level is low with new batteries?

Troubleshooting steps:
1. Find your lock's admin passcode. Here is an article on how to find it within the Sifely app.
2. On the lock keypad, enter *59#admin code#1# . This code will calibrate the lock to read the new batteries at 100%. Note: Only use this code if the batteries are new. Using used batteries can cause a false reading.
3. Follow this article to verify that the battery level is correct on the app.
