My lock says "Battery Level Low", but I have put in new batteries. Why is my lock saying battery level low with new batteries?
1. Find your lock's admin passcode. Here is an article on how to find it within the Sifely app.
2. On the lock keypad, enter *59#admin code#1# . This code will force the lock to read the current battery voltage.
3. Follow this article to verify that battery level is correct on the app.
