How to find the Batch Number

We are constantly looking to improve our products.

For the Sifely S, Sifely X, Sifely E Smart Locks, 

The batch number is a 8 or 10 digit number that can be found inside the battery cover of our products.

Here are some examples for your reference. 

For Sifely Y Guns Safe, the batch number will be located on the bottom of the safe. 
An example of a Sifely Y Gun Safe is SVA2001210248737.
