Why is the default code is not working anymore? What is the default code?
Answer
For the Sifely S Smart Lock and Sifely X Smart Lock, the default code is 123456#. This code will be active until the lock has been paired with an account on the Sifely Smart Lock App.
For the Sifely E Smart Lock, the default code is 1234+(Lock symbol). This code will be active until the lock has been paired with an account on the Sifely Smart Lock App.
Once the lock is paired to an account, this code will not work.

That code is NOT working on my lock and is locking the system up

Thank you for reaching out. This default code stops being active after the lock has been paired to a phone. If an invalid code is entered multiple times, the lock will lock up. Here is an article with more information. https://support.sifely.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405399606171-Lock-Alarm
