If you're having issues with entering your username and password, please refer this part of your Sifely account to know the exact username which will be to the right of "account:". It will either be an email address or phone number. (For example, if your phone number is 555-555-5555, you will have to enter +15555555555 in the ScienerSmart Skill.)

Everything was set up, but when trying to open with Alexa voice she says: 'main entrance is busy, I am not sure it responds, I am not sure it is locked"
