How to register an account on the Sifely Smart Lock App

How do I register an account on the Sifely Smart Lock App?

Answer: 

Your Sifely App account is the key to accessing all the features and settings of your Sifely smart lock products from anywhere in the world. Let’s walk you through the account registration process.

Here are the steps involved in registering an account on the Sifely Smart Lock Pro App:

Step 1. Download and install the Sifely Smart Lock Pro App on your smartphone.

Step 2. Tap on “Register” in the top right of the blue banner area 

Step 3. Choose whether you would like to use your phone number or your email as the username.

Choose your country code and create a password that contains 8-20 characters and include a  minimum of two types of numbers, letters, and symbols as follows:

• An uppercase and lowercase letter (ABCabc)
• A number (123)
• A special character (!@#$%^&*()_-=+|[{]}/?.>,;’:)

Step 4: Set your password by entering twice the fields below the username. 

After completing the username and password, please tap on the “Get code” for the verification of your provided user account and enter the “Verification code” portion.

Note: A verification code will be sent, whether by email or via text message, depending on the username (Email address or Phone number) you use to create the account.

Please review the “User Terms Privacy Policy.” Once you have read it and agree to it, tap “Register” to complete your account registration.

After you create your account, you can also, log in to our Sifely webportal.  To do this, go to  https://manager.sifely.com/  and log in with the same username and password as the account.
